Pedro Gil de Mogollón was a son of Gil Alfonso de León and wife María de Mogollón. He was the Lord of the House of Mogollón in 1320.

He married María Ximénez and they were the parents of Pedro Gil de Mogollón, Lord of Arroyo del Peche, and María Gil de Mogollón, who married twice, firstly to Juan Alfón de la Cámara, Lord of Orellana la Vieja, who granted a will
