In January 2010, Picak was loaned to Lokomotiva Zagreb until the end of the 2009-10 season. He did not appear in any competitive matches for the club during the season, having served as back-up for fellow Dinamo Zagreb loanee Ivan Kelava. The club kept Picak on loan for the 2010-11 season.
