The business functions of the league are divided up amongst several committees (see below) each of which is headed up by a committee chair and co-chair. The committee Chairs (or co chairs when chairs are not available) and the members of the BOD make up the Executive Committee. It is the job of the Exe Comm to discuss league issues, vote on appropriate actions, and deal with any problems that may arise. With a few exceptions, each committee gets one vote. Some of the BOD members are also committee chairs, but they are limited to their committee vote and do not vote a second time as a BOD member.

League governance
The League is governed by the Board of Directors. As a group, they ensure that the league is maintains a sound business structure and remains viable. They delegate decision making to the executive committee, and only step in when they feel that decisions are being made to the detriment of the league.The business functions of the league are divided up amongst several committees (see below) each of which is headed up by a committee chair and co-chair. Service
The League operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and 10% of the door at each home bout goes to a local charity. In the past, money has been raised for:- Habitat for Humanity
