This album contains the same songs from their debut album Den Nye By, only have 3 new songs: Snob, Lorteliv and 25 (Den Nye By prt.2). Besides 5 live songs and the history of the band in an interview with theirs producer.

Two singles were released from this album: "25 (Den Nye By prt.2)" and "Ingen kan erstatte dig", this music video is a concert that they did in the Faroe Islands.

 announced his live album through their MySpace scheduled for early March 2009.

Before they releasing the album, the band released their first single "25 (Den Nye By prt.2)" continuation of the song "22 (Den Nye By)". This music video couldn't be located first in the lists, nevertheless it is a series of images of members in the Faroe Islands
