, however this now operates separately as a Coles Supermarket
and Kmart. Tenants that have operated for the entire period are Deepwater Surf, Peters Meats, Suzanne Grae and Greater Building Society. The centre was recently ranked 21 out of 160 shopping centres in Australia with a Gross Leasable Area
(GLA) of less than 20000 square metres (215,278.2 sq ft).
In 1994, Deepwater Plaza expanded to accommodate a Franklins
