. Educated at Eton College and the Central School of Speech & Drama, London. He started in repertory theatres all around the UK and went on to become a principal actor with the famous Old Vic Theatre Company in London and touring around the world. He went on to perform in many national tours, including 18 months in "Godspell" for producer Cameron Mackintosh. He also acted in numerous television series and movies both in the UK and the US. Later, deciding that he was more likely to be able to support a family from behind the camera, he turned to theatre and television directing. Eventually David moved into producing, ultimately becoming Executive Producer of the daytime drama, "The Young & The Restless." He now directs for "The Bold & The Beautiful" on a freelance basis, while developing 3S Mediasolutions with his brother Charles. David continues to keep in practice as a performer, providing many voice-overs for films, cartoons, commercials and video games.
