David Justin Lewis is a London-based acoustic
singer/songwriter who has released three CDs: No Straight Line (1995, Dejadisc), For Now (2001, Appleseed) and Ghost Rhymes (2007, Wow).
David Lewis is also professor of social policy and development at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he works on international development policy and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and on the politics and economics of Bangladesh. He is the author of 'Anthropology, Development and the Postmodern Challenge' (Pluto, 1996, with K.Gardner) and 'The Management of Non-Governmental Development Organizations' (Routledge, second edition 2007).
