Johnson is an American news anchorman for WPXI-TV. He is currently the co-anchor of Channel 11 News at 5:00 and 6:00 with Peggy Finnegan, and co-anchor for Channel 11 News "11 at 11" with Darieth Chisolm. He also anchors The Ten O'Clock News on Fox 53, and the 7:00 news on PCNC. David has won numerous local and regional awards, including several Pittsburgh Press Club Golden Quill Awards and a Mid-Atlantic Emmy Award. David is married to WQED-TV's Nancy Polinsky, and the couple has two sons.
