David Franj (real name David Franciosa) is an Australian singer-songwriter. Originally known for his hit singles God Only Knows, Oxygen and Never Be Amazing from his debut album 'Wrong Place, Wrong Time'.

He wrote the song Perfect for Vanessa Amorosi which went platinum and reached #4 on the ARIA Charts. It was also the most played song on the radio written by an Australian songwriter in 2008/2009.

‘Perfect’ was nominated for APRA’s ‘Most Performed Song’. The single has also recently been given the illustrious title of Most Played Song on Radio by an Australian artist in the past decade (114 weeks on 29 June 2011), an accolade only beaten internationally by two other artists - Coldplay and Kings of Leon.

David has recently been writing with top Australian artist Jon Stevens and released the song 'Just a Man' in 2011 from Stevens' album Changing Times.
