. Danish Rahi is also the author of the book "The Pakish Identity." A book on the brand and identity of Pakistan. Danish utilizes intelligent design to address the emerging challenges of the 21st century, he has served as a designer and creative strategist for various major companies and entities in the U.S., Asia and Europe and played a key role in variety of global marketing campaigns for eminent brands.

Danish Rahi coined several key terms and theories including the term “PAKISH” as part of his vision, highlighting a "Nation Branding" strategy for Pakistan and also developed the theory of "Neo-Consciousism" discussed in his book. Rahi have received various awards and nominations, and his work has been acclaimed in major newspapers, magazines and TV channels around the world.

Early life

Danish Rahi was born in Karachi Pakistan on 07/07/1977 at 7PM and weighed 7 pounds at the time of birth. He comes from a family of influential artists and celebrities. His father is Sir Mansoor Rahi and his mother is Madam Hajra Mansoor. Soon after his birth his family moved to Islamabad, where Danish started his schooling and grew up. Islamabad (Isloo) is also considered to be his hometown.

Education

Danish Rahi started schooling in Pakistan and studied at The City School, Islamabad. He moved to the U.S. in 1997 for higher education and earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics from Troy University, Alabama in 2000. He remained an honors student throughout his college life at Troy. Rahi moved to New Jersey right after his graduation in 2000 and secured his first Fortune Five Hundred client, a major pharmaceutical company. While working full time Rahi completed various technical courses and earned certifications in various technical programs related to his field.

Rahi remained hungry for more knowledge. After exploring the technical edge of 'design' he wanted to go further and explore the thinking processes, psychology, and philosophical attributes of design. He started out his master's program in Design Management in 2005 and earned his master's degree in 2007 with distinction from Pratt Institute New York.
This unique and robust program gave him some tailored insights on the scope and power of 'Intelligent Design.' Inspired by his teachers and mentors in New York he explored the human thinking processes even further by testing design intelligence in shaping foreign policies and address emerging challenges of the 21st century. Rahi still considers himself a strong believer and a humble student of design intelligence.

Music career

Danish Rahi has been envolved in the music industry since childhood. He performed his first concert at the age of seven and started out his music career by composing music jingles for PTV (Pakistan Television). As a teenager in 1990's he performed various concerts and shows, and formulated several bands including Amadeus, The Symphony Slaves, and Shorr (meaning noise). Several of his singles aired on local channels. His first song to gain popularity was 'Jan-e-man' that aired on the famous TV show MCC (Music Channel Charts) directed by Ghazanfer Ali.

His single "Chalo Mere Saath" became one of the most aired songs on local music channels and radio stations in Pakistan for months between 2004 and 2005. His work featured several Pakistani and American actors, actresses, and models like Suzi Lorraine and Sherron Blynn. Rahi also became the first artist from Pakistan to be aired on satellite radio stations in the U.S.

Entrepreneurial work

Danish Rahi serves as the CEO of a Pakistani conglomerate known as 'The Rahi Group.' The company which started out over 50 years ago by his father Sir Mansoor Rahi is today a network of entities that include art and design institutes, art galleries, authentic-art dealerships, a think-tank dedicated to intelligent design, physical health ventures, NGO dedicated to intelligent design and philanthropic work, and more.

Danish Rahi also designed and engineered various business ventures in the U.S. and formed various LLC's (Limited Liability Companies) mainly in Pennsylvania and New Jersey including Greemagine LLC dedicated to green-cleaning and healthy lifestyle and Soularis LLC dedicated to video production and graphic design. He has also been involved in advising for several start-up ventures in the U.S., Turkey and Pakistan related to strategic and green technology, and intelligent design.

Rahi Legacy

Danish Rahi's father is from Bangladesh and his mother is from India. Danish was born in Pakistan and mostly grew up there, but he acquired higher education and worked in the U.S. with people from many different backgrounds and nationalities. He has traveled and done projects in various regions of the world and considers himself a 'Global Citizen'.
