Club career

He started playing football in his local club SV Scheifling in Styria. He played in different youth teams and came to FC Red Bull Salzburg in January 2006 and played in the U17 and U19 squad. His professional debut was in the second squad, Red Bull Juniors, in the match versus FC Wacker Innsbruck

International career

Daniel Offenbacher played for Austria U17 in the qualification matches for the European Championship. Currently he is member of the U18 - squad.
