Crocodoc is a website that allows users to collaboratively review, mark up and comment on documents. Document types that are supported include PDF, Word
and Powerpoint documents, PNG and JPEG
images, and web page

). Web pages are reviewed by taking a snapshot of the current version of the page, and marking up that snapshot.
The free version allows saving PDF files with all annotations included - Crocodoc is using this to position themselves as a direct competitor to Adobe Acrobat

The Pro version uses encryption
