Coveo offers search interfaces for computer desktops, Blackberry smartphones and web browsers, as well as integrated plug-ins for Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint. API’s also allow custom integration with other enterprise applications.

Laurent Simoneau, Coveo's president and chief executive officer was formerly Copernic's chief operating officer. About 30 employees moved into the new company, with offices at that time in Quebec City and Montreal in Canada and in Palo Alto, Calif.

Coveo Enterprise Search platform

Coveo Enterprise Search is modular and scalable enterprise search platform that indexes information stored in various repositories throughout the enterprise.

Coveo Expresso

Launched November 2009, Coveo Expresso beta is a free, entry-level enterprise search solution that can be downloaded at no cost, for use by up to 50 users, and indexing up to 1M desktop files and email items and 100,000 intranet documents. Coveo Expresso can be upgraded to support larger deployments.

Coveo claims it's enterprise clients include more than 700 implementations including AmerisourceBergen, CA, California Water Service Co., Deloitte, ESPN, Haley & Aldrich, GEICO, Lockheed Martin, P&G, PRTM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rabobank, SNC-Lavalin, Spencer Stuart, Theodoor Gilissen, and the U.S. Navy.
