Cottonwood Elementary School is a public school in the Natrona County School District

. The school is the result of the combination of two schools – McKinley and Westwood elementary schools – in Casper in 2007. The schools merged into the former Westwood Elementary School facility in 2007, and a brand new Cottonwood Elementary School building opened in January 2009. The school serves about 300 students in preschool through fifth grade.
