Completed in 2003, the seven tower complex rises to a height of 30 storeys. It was built by Li Ka-shing and designed by Team Design Architects. There are 906 units which give panoramic views over the sea as a result of its coastal location. There are a number of leisure facilities including an Olympic size pool for the residents.

The complex is located on the Bayshore Road. Neighbouring condominiums are 'Bayshore Park' and 'The Bayshore'.

The 'Bus Plus' Service is connecting the condominium to Bedok MRT station and Siglap Centre.
