In 1994, behind the wheel of the Harlan Willis black and red #45, Kruseman won twice (once at Imperial Valley Speedway in El Centro, CA, and once at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, CA.) Aside from the two victories Kruseman earned 5 Top 5's and 15 Top 10's1995
In 1995, Kruseman swept all 4 SCRA sanctioned events at the Santa Maria Speedway, in Santa Maria, CA. To add to his win total, Kruseman won two more times one race each at the famed Manzanita Speedway and San Jose Fairgrounds. Kruseman was sidelined after a vicious crash at the Sacramento Mile.
