where he finished fourth in a personal best of 49.93 seconds. The 2010 season saw him established himself as a senior athlete. He won first national title in the 400 m hurdles with a clocking of 49.70 seconds. He improved his personal best several times that year, culminating in a run of 48.79 seconds to take the silver medal
