Overview

King is a member of a Black Ops team of agents working for an unspecified government agency. The team's job is to hunt down and apprehend Neuros. Little is known of his past but it is heavily implied that he has done jail time and that he knows Andre from a previous operation. Connor's past includes an arson conviction, as well as other crimes.
