airliner, and crashes into the sea with only one survivor, Jean Beneyton, a hostess on the flight. Two fishermen find her, but then are killed off, because they were witnesses to the crash. An investigative reporter, Moses Brody, becomes aware of the plan and races to save the next Concorde flight from the same fate.

His ex-wife calls him about the news, but then is also killed. It becomes apparent that a man named Milland and his many henchmen are behind the attacks. Moses and his team are in a boat looking for Concorde. They then see Jean Beneyton jump off of the henchmen's boat. Moses and George, a friend, go down to see what they can find on Concorde. He then finds Milland and his team are planning to blow up Concorde to destroy the evidence of foul play.

Moses is first to it, and decides to go into the cabin and see if they can find any clues as to what happened. Suddenly, Milland's guard shoots at him as they swim, George gets hit, as they get up to the top, Milland's men shoot at them once more, killing George. Moses goes back down, with Milland's men in chase. He then outwits them, and pulls Milland's henchman out of the boat and steals it. Brody then goes to the United States Consul, and wants to start an invesigation. He then takes them to the site and finds nothing. They call off the search for the missing Concorde. He then says he say Jean on a yacht. The senator then says that if he knew it was Brody, he would have gotten him off the case as he was repoerting a scandel concerning a Congressman.

The scene then switches to Milland and his men watching as the Concorde explodes. They then find out that Jean is alive. Then the Concorde lands at Rio De Janeiro. Brody is onboard the henchmen's boat, they say they want to get rid of Jean, but then Brody rescues her. They escape, and then begin talking about it, but she can't remember very much. They then find a car driving, as Concorde boards and takes off. Milland's henchmen find Brody and Jean again and give chase, but are cut off by a construction vehicle.

A crew member turns on the micro-oven in Concorde. Up in the cockpit the same thing happens as with the first attack - loss of power. Brody then calls the Consul and has Jean begin to tell about it, but they are cut off as the henchmen are back. As the Consul calls up London, the chase continues. Concorde then loses radio contact with London control, and the cabin lights begin to flicker. Concorde then regains contact with London, who suggests they run a circuit control. London also has a call from Jean. London then reports they can't read Concorde. The navigator then reports that pressure in the main cabin is dropping.

Jean then contacts the American Consul at a bank, but the men arrive again, and they have to run. This time, the police are there and enter a shootout with the men. Meanwhile, London Control gets radio with Concorde on VHF. Concorde then descends to a lower altitude. London now can't get Concorde on VHF, either. Brody and Jean reach the American Consul and she begins describing what happened. Concorde banks and the number one engine overheats. London control reports that the crash began with overheating of the oven. The crew discovers the number one engine is now on fire, they quickly extinguish it. Concorde continues its descent, as one passenger becomes hysterical.

The plane then levels out at 9,000 feet. London control can now see them on radar, and proceed to clear a runway. Concorde then makes a beautiful landing. Brody is relieved, and Milland wants to offer him a choosy contract after reading the headline "Concorde passengers saved by Journalist". Jean thinks that he'll get a big welcome in New York, he jokingly states that he doesn't have to go, and they laugh. He says he has to pay a visit "to a certain bigshot". Jean then gets on an Air France flight to Paris, but before she leaves he says he'll give her a call. Brady then calls his friend Alfie and says that he wants to push a certain Humpty Dumpty off his wall. He says he wants to know the heads of the top corporations in New York City, heavily involved in aircraft sales to South American countries, specifically those most hurt by competition from Concorde. The credits begin over footage of Concorde.
