Recorded in 1978 in Boston, Massachusetts. Released on CD in 1999. This album was also re-released in Japan on CD in 2007 as Live In Boston. The sleeve notes date the concert as September 11, 1978 performed at Paradise Theatre, Boston. However, that date is wrong. It was July 11, 1978. The track listing also correctly names "Presto Vivace" as the prelude to "In The Dead Of Night". This album was released without the approval of the band.

It has subsequently been re-issued under the names Live in Boston and Live in America.
