 9Q-CAA was substantially damaged when it departed the side of the runway at N'djili Airport, Kinshasha. The aircraft was subsequently declared a write-off. However, C.A.A. remains the only Congolese airline to have never suffered a fatality in a crash, a fact the airline (and its passengers) prides itself on.
