Camogie is an Irish stick-and-ball team sport played by women; it is almost identical to the game of hurling played by men. Camogie is played by 100,000 women in Ireland and world wide, largely among Irish communities....

 player, national Young Player of the Year award winner in 2005, the first Armagh camogie player to win a major national award in the sport, and winner of a Soaring Star Award in 2011. She was Ulster young player of the year in 2004.

Career

She is a prolific scorer for Armagh and for Queen’s University, Belfast camogie teams. When played for Ireland in the camogie-shinty international in 2009 she won the player of the match award.
