 and was named King's Counsel in 1929. He served as deputy reeve of Aurora in 1928 and was elected to the Ontario assembly the following year at the age of 31. Case lobbied for the creation of the Ontario Milk Board. He was defeated when he ran for reelection in 1934. Case died in York County Hospital at the age of 43.
