The Sheung Wan Terminus of Hong Kong Tramway locates at Des Voeux Road Central near the street. In order to let trams from two directs to stop in the terminus, the tramway from a circuit with Cleverly Street, Des Voeux Road Central, Morrison Street and Connaught Road Central.

The street hosts largely old residential buildings.
