The 56000 square feet (5,202.6 m²) casino has 1,800 slot machines, as well as more than 45 table games. The resort had seven restaurants in late 2005 and the hotel had 192 rooms.

The resort opened on August 22, 2003, at a cost of $150 million. The resort has bus service from 20 cities.
