Background
Choson Exchange began negotiations with the DPRK government in 2008. In 2009 the organization conducted its first program in Pyongyang and followed it up with an Economics Strategy and Finance workshop in 2010. 2010 also saw Choson Exchange introduce OpenCourseWareOpenCourseWare
