Prince Charles Kofi Asamoah (also known as Charles Asamoah; born Ist July 1985) is a Ghanaian footballer,Charles Asamoah began his career playing for Kumasi Asante Kotoko in his home country.

Professional

In 2002, Charles Asamoah was voted for the best Striker and the Most featured player Award for Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

In 2004, Charles Asamoah moved to India joining Mahindra United. Charles Asamoah spent two seasons at the club appearing in over 35 matches .He became the second player in Major League Soccer history to open his career with assists in each of his first three home games.

International
