, co-produced with the independent production company, Newsline. Channel Report airs every weeknight at 6pm, with all other bulletins branded as Channel News. Channel Report was first broadcast on 5 January 1976. The programme is produced from the main studios of Channel Television in St. Helier

 on Jersey. Reporters and camera crews are also based at Channel's Guernsey studios in St. Sampson. Freelance correspondents, camera crews and videojournalists are based on Alderney and Sark.

Channel News airs on ITV1 Channel Television seven days a week. Channel Television provides three news bulletins during Daybreak
Daybreak (ITV)

at 6.15am, 7.15am & 8.15am. The lunchtime bulletin follows on from the ITV News at 1:30, giving a seven minute round-up of the days developments from 1.55pm. The main evening edition of Channel Report begins at 6.00pm, and ends at 6.30pm (Tuesday-Thursday), 6.15pm (Mondays and Fridays when it is followed by Report Sport). The late news update from Channel follows the ITV News at Ten, airing between 10.30pm and 10.35pm, Monday to Friday.

Channel News airs two bulletins at weekends: one on Saturday afternoon and the other on Sunday evenings.
