The station's flagship Breakfast show is presented by well-known islander Peter Mac, who joined the station in 1992. In 2007, Mac's programme was voted "Best Breakfast Show in the South West" by a Media website.

Channel 103 also broadcasts hourly local news bulletins throughout the day. Giulia Mausolle is the news editor. The music aired on Channel 103 consists of a wide variety, from '80s pop, to the latest tunes and Dance and R 'n' B.
