Williams attended Miami Senior High School in Miami, Florida

 and was a student, a letterman in football, basketball, track, and badminton, and was a member of the Five Thousand Role Models of Excellence Program. In football, he was twice named the Team Offensive Player of the Year. Chandler Williams graduated from Miami Senior High School in 2003.

College career

Williams is Florida International's career receiving leader with 203 receptions and 2,519 yards.

Atlanta Falcons

Williams was signed by the Falcons on April 29, 2008. He was released by the Falcons during final cuts on August 30. On November 11, the Falcons re-signed him to their practice squad.

After spending the entire 2008 season on the practice squad, Williams was re-signed to a future contract on January 5, 2009. He was waived on September 4.

Kansas City Chiefs
