). Newly offered in 2006, the CSCP joins two other APICS designations: APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and APICS CIRM (Certified in Integrated Resource Management).

The CSCP program takes a broad view of the field of Supply Chain Management, extending beyond internal operations
to encompass all the steps throughout the supply chain—from the supplier, to the dealer, through the company, to the end consumer—and provides the knowledge
to effectively manage the integration of these activities to maximize a company’s value chain.

The course's content consists of 4 modules:

- Supply Chain Management Fundamentals
- Building Competitive Operations, Planning And Logistics
- Managing Customer And Supplier Relationships
- Using Information Technology To Enable Supply Chain Management
