, USA. It has about 400 students. The principal is Martin D. Felesena. The sports teams are called the Central Comets and the girls are the Lady Comets.

New staff members have been hired for each of the buildings within the district. With over 300 computers, students have access to computers and technology throughout the district. The district currently offers Illinois Virtual High School courses to allow for additional classes available to students that are not offered within the district.

The Board of Education, administration, and teachers plan to continue their motto in the years ahead: "District # 4 - A Great Place for a Child To Grow".

Publication:
CHS produces a yearbook every year called "The Centonian" and is currently published by Walsworth.
"Avenues of Art," a lierary & visual comalation of student works was produced by students in spring 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Theatrics:
Central Stage features 2 main theatrical productions,
a fall musical and a sping drama/comedy.

Central Stage also features Night-On-The-Town (NOTT), put on by the New Impressions and Jazz Band.
