Postal address designation

Upon the re-naming of the road, only the State Route 83 section of the road (formerly Pacific Highway), will be renamed in both route and postal address. Any residents or businesses on this stretch of the route have formal address changes. From the Brian McGowan Bridge and through the remaining roads that make up the route, Central Coast Highway adorns route signs only. Residents on the route encompassed by the following roads maintain their previous address but can use (Central Coast Highway) as shown in brackets after their address if they so wish:
  • Dane Drive, Gosford
  • Masons Parade, Gosford
  • York Street, East Gosford
  • Victoria Street, East Gosford
  • George Street, East Gosford
  • The Entrance Road at Erina, Erina Heights, Wamberal, Forresters Beach, Bateau Bay, Long Jetty and The Entrance
  • Oakland Avenue, The Entrance
  • Coral Street, The Entrance
  • Wilfred Barrett Drive at The Entrance North, Magenta and Noraville
  • Budgewoi Road at Noraville and Budgewoi
  • Scenic Road at Budgewoi, Buff Point, San Remo and Doyalson

Different indicators along different parts of the marked route would indicate that when New South Wales implements an alphanumeric route numbering system that this particular route will be ready for roll-out immediately. The indication from the RTA
