. The Rev. Robert J. Rippy has been the Rector since 2005. The Cathedral also has a Parochial Vicar, two resident priests, Director of Religious Education, Youth Minister and Music & Liturgy Coordinator.

The Cathedral also operates St. Thomas More Cathedral School, a parochial school with over 300 students. Mrs. Eleanor McCormick has been the principal of the school since 2008.

Over 2800 parishioners are served by the parish. The cathedral was named in honor of St. Thomas More.
