Performing Arts
- Band
- There are three concert bands and three jazz ensembles under the direction of Ron Bowman. All of the jazz ensembles and the Advanced concert band compete at the Anaheim Heritage Festival.
- Choir
- Choir is taught under the instruction of David Finch, and consists of Bel Canto, Jazz Choir, Concert Chorale, and 6th Grade Choir. All Choirs attend the Festivals of Music competition in Anaheim, except the 6th Grade Choir which competes at either Great America or Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.
- Dance
- Dance is taught by Michelle Crivello and ranges from Beginning to Advanced classes. The most advanced group, Dance Infinia, attends the Festivals of Music competition in Anaheim.
- Drama
- Drama is taught by Sharol Felch and Diane Zlotziver. Castillero Drama has four possible courses consisting of Beginning to Advanced groups. Advanced Drama shows a comedy one-act performance every fall and a musical every spring. All Drama Students may choose to go to New York every 2 years.
- Orchestra
- Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced Orchestras and Chamber Ensemble are directed by Scott Krijnen. Advanced and Chamber Strings attend the Anaheim Heritage Festival, perform in Disneyland, and have won several awards while competing against high schools and junior colleges, while the Intermediate Orchestra competes in the Music in the Park Festival and performs in Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.
