Carlos Alberto Baena López (born 12 November 1967) is a Colombian politician and lawyer, currently serving as Senator of Colombia. Baena co-led the founding of the MIRA Movement, of which he has been the Chairperson of. He has previously served as Councillor for Bogotá from 2001 to 2009.
