History

Established in 1967, CPC has over 40 years experience serving a large and diverse customers base . In May 1995 Farnell Electronics acquired Combined Precision Components (CPC) and in 1996 CPC became part of the Premier Farnell Group after the acquisition of Premier Inductrial Corporation . CPC is currently part of the Other Distribtuion Division within the Premier Farnell Group.
