CD Tapatio is a filial team of Club Deportivo Guadalajara. Starting the Apertura 2009 Tournament, Tapatio will now become Leones Negros de U de G due to the teams selling. Also according to the new rules of the Mexican Football Federation that teams in Primera Division will not be able to have a filial team from Primera Division A.
