CCC Polsat Polkowice is a UCI Professional Continental cycling team
based in Poland
. Formerly CCC Mat, the team became known as CCC Polsat in 2002. In 2004 and 2005, the team was known as Hoop CCC-Polsat (UCI Team Code: HOP) , reverting to CCC Polsat in 2006.
