The Good Schools Guide International states that the school "offers a world class education – the best in Egypt - and prestige. To be a BISC graduate certainly says something." The school's recent inspection report (Nov 08) backs this strongly, making it the only COBIS accredited school in Egypt.

Technology in the school

The school has installed Smart Boards in all classrooms. The school also possesses several mobile carts of laptops which are supplied to classrooms on demand.

Year 9 students are required to study for and take the ICDL

Admissions

BISC is a selective entry school and prior to admission, students undergo informal interviews with the Principal. Further interviews are carried out by the Heads of Schools. Admission is also subject to the availability of spaces in the required year group and, of course, the parents' financial situation.
