. The Bricktown was a complex composed of the Blackwater Grill, the Fat Kat Pizza parlor, the Underground Bar, and two reception halls. The Bricktown was located at Third and Main Streets, in what was originally the headquarters for the A.A. Cooper Wagon Company. The building sits near the Julien Inn

The Hotel Julien Dubuque is a hotel located in downtown Dubuque, Iowa at Second and Main streets. The hotel currently has 135 guest rooms, Caroline's restaurant, The Riverboat Lounge, a pool and fitness center, the Potosa Spa, and large banquet facilities....

and the riverfront. The Bricktown was owned by Scott Neuwoehner and Greg Prehm. It was closed in 2009 due to financial problems, and there are now plans to open an Italian restaurant and bar in its place. http://www.thonline.com/article.cfm?id=298081

The Bricktown also contained a microbrewery, which was used to make a variety of beers. These beers were served at the Bricktown, and also sold to the public.
