- Provides nutritional advice.
- Provides an extensive range of complementary therapies which can help with many symptoms and side effects of breast cancer treatment.
- Provides Lymphoedema Awareness Classes. The charity has also produced a Lymphoedema Awareness DVD.
- Provides information on all aspects of breast cancer
- Provides a Haven at Home outreach programme for anyone affected by breast cancer who is unable to get to a Haven. The programme comprises a DVD, CD and information which can be downloaded from the website.
