Brazoria is served by West Brazos EMS which is operated by Sweeny Community Hospital. Although there is not a hospital with in the city limits, Sweeny Community, Brazosport Regional, Matagorda Regional, and Angleton-Danbury Medical Center are all within a driving distance.
