Three singles were released from the album: "Rainy Day" by Janel Parrish
and "Rockstar" by Prima J
, which were released on July 7, 2007, and "Fearless" by Daechelle which was released July 11, 2007. The album itself was released on July 31, 2007, three days prior to the film's release date. The album has sold 50,000 copies worldwide and garnered critical praise as opposed to film, which gained overwhelmingly negative reviews all over the world.
The only actual actresses who use their singing voice in the movie is Janel Parrish and Chelsea Staub.
