Boulevard Park is a predominately housing neighborhood located in Midtown, Sacramento. Its official borders are E Street to the north, J Street to the south, 16th Street to the west, and 24th Street to the east. Boulevard Park is known for its density of especially well-preserved older homes. Its streets are overarched by century-old trees and street gardens. The neighborhood is within walking distance of groceries stores, restaurants, clothing boutiques, and other common necessities. It has had a vibrant neighborhood association since 1990 named the "Boulevard Park Neighborhood Association".
