Bolinho de chuva

Bolinho de chuva is a specialty both in Portugal and Brazil. It is made from flour, eggs, milk and baking powder or baking soda (and sometimes chopped fruit). The dumplings are deep fried and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
