Recording

Yahzarah began the new recording sessions for the album in 2002. She worked with musical producers Eric "88 Fingers" Parham, Chip Shearin, Eccentric, Sol Messiah, Kenisha Pratt, Madia Logan, Bob Baldwin, Phonte Coleman, Black Beat, Khalifani, G. Murdock, and J. Kennedy. The album features R&B songs with hip-hop

Promotion

The album's lead single "Wishing" was released to radio stations in August 2003. A music video aired on BET's 106 & Park: BET's Top 10 Live. The song "Blackstar" was released as the album's second single. The song "One Day" followed as the album's third single.

Commercial Success

The album charted at #44 after spending 12 weeks on the Billboard
