Bhim Chand was the Raja of Kahlur
(also known as Bilaspur) from 1665-1692.
Bhim Chand was the son of Dip Chand
the raja of Kahlur and Rani Jalal Devi of Mandi, Dip Chand's second wife. He came to the throne after the death of his father in 1665, caused by poisoning by agents of the raja of Kangra
.
In 1688 Chand lead a coalition of rajas in an unsuccessful attack on the Sikh forces of Guru Gobind Singh
. Later he was allied with the forces of the Guru at the Battle of Nadaun
. In 1692 Bhim Chand abdicated the throne in favor of his son Ajmer Chand. He died later that year.
