Thi season the 2009-10 season Burns did a very impressive Job leading San Diego State to a 22-10 OVRLL 10-6 MVC record & the MWC Tournament Title & a 11 seed in the NCAA Women's's Tournament & a Opening Round match-up vs: 6 Texas. Burns then lead 11 Seed San FDieo State top a upset victory vs: the 6 Lady Longhorns 74-63. their 2nd straight 1st Round Upset Victory. last Season as a 10 Seed San Diego State upset 87 Seed DePaul 76-70 in Berkley Region. then in Round 2 almost pulled over another upset falling short to 3 Seed Ohio State 64-58.
