Ziff is also a musician, having served as the lead guitarist for amateur rock bands "Blackout," "Threat to Conformity," and "Glen Echo". He now focuses primarily on playing Gypsy Jazz.
Ziff attended William Howard Taft High School in San Fernando Valley and graduated class of 2001.
Ziff, an active investor, still enjoys playing the guitar and cuddling with small furry woodland critters in some of Chicago's finest forest preserves.
